As Founder of The Grants Collective, Tracy has garnered experience in nearly all forms of fund development over a 20 plus year span – city and state funding, federal grants, corporations and foundations, major gifts from individuals, endowment and capital campaigns, individual sustainer programs, direct mail, gala events, and house parties.
During this time,
she's raised over 51 million dollars (and counting!) that have gone to support rare disease research, social justice causes, community-based organizations, environmental, education, and many more worthy efforts.
In addition to several years spent at larger “institutional nonprofits” which include key positions at City of Hope National Medical Center and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, her “on the ground” experiences with social justice and social service organizations enable Tracy to address real-life issues with strategies and approaches that work.

Tim Lewis is a 12-year veteran educator who brings expertise in the education system and a background in project management and fundraising. Tim Lewis is a 12-year veteran educator who brings expertise in the education system and a background in project management and fundraising. Having previously served in diverse educational institutions and faith based organizations and churches, he intimately understands the challenges communities face. He has secured funding for teacher salaries at international schools and assisted in federal grant-funded language documentation projects. Tim’s journey into grant writing was influenced by a deep-rooted interest in education and social development.
He attended Pepperdine University where he earned a degree in History and French. He later pursued a Master’s degree in Linguistics and most recently taught French in secondary school and led the French language department. He also serves as a freelance translator. Tim is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to unlock funding opportunities and drive projects that leave a lasting, positive impact on communities.
